Definition:

Nueroweapons target the brain and central nervous system, impacting a person’s emotions, cognition, and motor skills.  These weapons are biological, chemical and energy-based.

Types of Neuroweapons

Chemical:  These include nerve gas and pharmaceuticals that incapacitate by influencing a person’s actions and emotions.

Biological: These are used to degrade a person’s cognitive abilities.

Directed energy:  Include lasers, radio frequency and electromagnetic pulse EMP to impair brain function.

Brain-machine interface:  This is used to enhance cognitive and neural function.

Machine-brain interface:   Aid in predicting individual as well as crowd behaviour.

Life Altering Affects:

• Neuroweapons cause long-term neurobehavioral and neurological problems such as irritability, depression, anxiety and memory lapse.

• It can be fatal in causing death.

• Used to disrupt body cells.

• The intent is to alter the function of an individual’s nervous system.

• Stimulated muscles twitch and contract uncontrollably, later becoming tired and weak.

Mind Control of Cell Phones:  Electromagnetic signals from cell phones can change your brainwaves and behaviour.

Alpha Brain Waves

The alpha brain wave regulates the shift of attention between external and internal information.  These alpha waves increase in power when a person shifts their consciousness from external to internal thought.  They are the brain waves that induce sleep.

Cell Phone Insomnia

Cell phone signals alter and disrupt a person’s alpha brain wave patterns during a call and continue long after the call is finished.  When the phone is in ‘Talk’ mode, the delta brain waves are reduced for close to an hour after the phone is shut off.  These delta brain waves are responsible for stage two (50% of sleep is in stage two).

As a society, we are surrounded by a myriad of electronic devices.  Each device transmits electromagnetic signals into neuron brain cells.  Cell phones in ‘Talk’ mode are well-tuned to emit frequencies that hamper, distress, and break down our brainwave activity.

Neuralink Technology

A BCI has been created to translate brainwaves into text describing how a person feels, knowing that their device reads their thoughts.  The neuralink device is coin-sized and powered by a custom chip implanted in the brain.  It processes signals and transmits them to a digital device via Bluetooth.  Neuralinks technology can be used to perpetrate invasive surveillance, mind control, and exploiting an individual’s neural data without consent.
