Through Women

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are my ways your ways, declares the Lord.  As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.  So my word that goes out from my mouth:  it will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve my purpose.”

DEBORAH…The judge in the Old Testament (Judges 4&5)

The story of Deborah showcases how God calls ordinary women to do his extraordinary in everyday life.

The Israelites, beaten down by slavery, were tired and too discouraged to fight for their freedom.  The Lord chose a woman named Deborah to motivate and inspire the people.  Her obedience to hear, listen and do what God called her to do changed the nation’s course.  Through the trust and authority bestowed upon her by God as the first Woman judge, she inspired Barak to raise his army.

Deborah held court under the palm of Deborah in the hill country of Ephriam.  The Israelites sought her wisdom to settle their various disputes.

Deborah was a woman of wisdom, revelation and discernment.  She had the gift of knowing the times and seasons of the Lord, clearly hearing God’s voice.

Deborah was the forerunner of the freedom of voice for centuries to come.

THE FAMOUS FIVE…Canada’s crusaders for Women’s rights

Five women gathered at a house in south Edmonton on August 27, 1927, to sign a petition to change Canadian women’s direction.  Those courageous women were as follows:  Henrietta Muir Edwards, Irene Parlby, Louise McKinney, Emily Murphy and Nellie McClung.  This meeting was initiated by Emily Murphy, an Alberta Judge whose right to exact judgment was challenged by a male lawyer.  He sought to put forth that only a man could be appointed as a judge since WOMEN…” were not considered PERSONS in the eyes of the LAW.”

The battle for women’s freedom of voice and the right to vote began that day, taking several years to fulfil.  In 1929, the privy council of London ruled that “WOMEN  were NOW considered PERSONS in the eyes of the LAW.”

INTRODUCING

Alberta’s New Premier

DANIELLE SMITH

I am proud to present Danielle Smith.  She is truly an answer to the prayers of fellow Albertans.

Here are SOME of her most profound statements of HOPE for Alberta:

  • We will not be told what to put in our bodies to work or travel.

  • We will not have our natural resources landlocked or phased out by a virtual signalling Prime Minister.

  • Albertans, not Ottawa, will charter our destiny on our terms.

  • We will work with Canadians to build together the most prosperous and free country.

  • She is appalled by the abusive atrocities that have been meted out upon the NON-VACCINATED of Alberta.

“I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me.  My purpose will stand, and I WILL do as I please.  What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have PLANNED, that I WILL do.”

Isaiah 46: 9-11

As Albertans, never forget the ground gained for freedom through women of history.  May we welcome our new Premier as she blazes the trail of Autonomy once again!

This was a pleasant gathering of facts. It seems once selected, so far, the speech changes as these ladies are gradually enslaved which is also biblical in that God will allow satan to run to and fro only so long. When God’s time is right, every knee shall bow….
