Psyop definition:
The use of communication skills, intelligence, and cultural knowledge to convey information to influence an individual’s reasoning and influence.
Psyop distraction:
A distraction is used to confuse and undermine a person’s decision-making process.
Distraction:
A distraction directs a person’s attention away from logical reasoning.

A psyop is a planned psychological activity that uses various communication methods to present selective information intended to influence and distract motives, reasoning, perceptions, attitudes, and behaviour to achieve a political goal. It thus forces a person to choose only a course of action aligned with the informing body through advertising, alternate facts, brainwashing, dehumanization, propaganda, and subliminal persuasion.
The motto of a psyop
To influence, change, and persuade (each representing a colour of the psyops level)—the colours of silver-gray, white, and black with white as an overt action.
Political psychology focuses on the interplay of how people act, feel, and think and then applies this information to the political rhetoric presented. Knowledge of how people communicate individually and within a group setting ensures a successful psyop outcome.
Psyop of distractions
A psyop can be employed to distract people by influencing behaviour and emotions to confuse, undermine, and disrupt cognitive reasoning through repetitive threats and persuasion. These tactics are facilitated through social media, the Internet, and television.
